Between Events
Between wedding events, there’s plenty to enjoy around the resort — here are a few things we think you'll love.
Minitas Beach Club
For a more polished beach moment, Minitas Beach Club is a great spot for lunch, drinks, or dinner by the water. It’s one of the best places on property to feel like you’re fully on vacation. (Adults only)
Golf
Casa de Campo is known for world class golf, so this is the moment if you want to play. Teeth of the Dog is the famous one, but the resort has multiple courses if you’re looking to fit in a round.
As part of the wedding weekend, guests receive 20% off tee times at The Links and Dye Fore.
We recommend booking tee times early, especially if you’re trying to play with a group.
Minitas Beach
The easiest place to spend a few hours without overthinking it. Grab a chair, swim, order drinks, and settle into the weekend.
You can also do low-key water activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, or just floating around until someone says it’s time for lunch.
The Spa
If your version of a wedding weekend includes doing as little as possible, this is probably your place. Book a massage, facial, or recovery treatment and call it an activity.
Tennis, Padel & Pickleball
CDC has great racquet sports facilities, so this is an easy daytime plan if you want to be active without committing to a full round of golf.
Horseback Riding
One of the more memorable activities on property. The equestrian center offers rides and lessons, so you don’t need to be an expert.
Shooting Center
A classic Casa de Campo activity and a fun option for a group. It’s especially good if you want something active but not beach or golf.
The Marina
The Marina is great for a walk, shopping, coffee, drinks, or dinner. It’s an easy place to explore by golf cart and a nice change of scenery from the hotel and beach.
Buggy Tour
For something off-property and more adventurous, Casa can help arrange buggy tours through the Dominican countryside. Expect dust, sun, and a good story afterward.
A few notes
No need to overplan. Some of the best Casa de Campo time is just riding around by golf cart, hanging by the pool, getting lunch, and letting the weekend happen.
Some activities require advance reservations, especially golf, spa appointments, boat days, and larger restaurant groups. Most guests get around the resort by golf cart, so give yourself a little extra time before wedding events.
